Password Authentication
Password authentication is the standard login method in MaxProtocol. The user enters their login (email address) and password, after which the system requests a one-time confirmation code (OTP) sent to the registered email.
Login Process
- Open the MaxProtocol dashboard login page.
- Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In.
- A one-time confirmation code will be sent to the specified email.
- Enter the received code in the verification field and click Confirm.
After successful code verification, you will gain access to the platform.
NOTE
The one-time code is valid for a limited time. If the code was not entered in time, request a new one.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Multi-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your account. By default, email authentication is enabled — the system sends a one-time code to your registered address on every login.

MFA Methods
| Method | Description | Default Status |
|---|---|---|
| Email authentication | Sends a confirmation code to your registered email address | Enabled |
| Authenticator app | Sends a unique code to your phone app for verification | Disabled |
Managing MFA Settings
Multi-factor authentication settings are located in the Settings section.
To disable email authentication:
- Go to Settings.
- In the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) block, click Disable next to Email authentication.
To enable the authenticator app:
- Go to Settings.
- In the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) block, click Enable next to Authenticator app.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to link the app.
WARNING
It is recommended to always have at least one multi-factor authentication method enabled to ensure account security.
